OUR STORY
What began as Q-E Kids Drama Workshops in January 2015 has evolved into a thriving institution that, on a weekly basis, imparts comprehensive extracurricular training in acting for theatre, film, TV, and filmmaking to over 200 students across Sitges, Castelldefels, and Barcelona.

Ian and Sarah, both accomplished professionals in the field, crossed paths while studying at a drama school in London. Their journey together led to the establishment of QUINT-ESSENTIAL CREATIONS, a theatre company that transitioned to filmmaking under Ian's scholarship at Afilm International Film Workshops in Sitges, prompting their move to this enchanting coastal town in October 2014.

The decision to open Creation Drama Studio in 2015 was fuelled by the couple's observation of a gap in after-school activities in English, particularly drama classes for children. Drawing on their childcare expertise gained in the UK, Ian and Sarah crafted engaging and enriching drama workshops, laying the foundation for what would become a thriving educational institution.

Since its inception, Creation Drama Studio has nurtured over 600 students, fostering creativity and confidence. Graduates have successfully secured placements in prestigious universities and drama schools in the UK, while others have been cast in various professional projects, including short films, feature films, music videos, and voice-over work.

When they aren’t shaping the future of aspiring artists, Ian and Sarah channel their passion into personal projects, including short films, feature films and live theatre.
